Sometimes it takes a few minutes for a confirmation email to come through into your inbox.

If you still haven't received your confirmation email, sometimes the emails are held in a servers quarantine folder (this applies especially to those email addresses for corporate companies). You can release the messages from there. See here for more help if you're on a Microsoft server:
