Firstly, thanks for your patience!
Sometimes it takes a few minutes for a confirmation email to come through into your inbox.
If you still haven't received your confirmation email, sometimes the emails are held in a servers quarantine folder (this applies especially to those email addresses for corporate companies). You can release the messages from there. See here for more help if you're on a Microsoft server:

Users can learn how to view and manage quarantined messages in Exchange Online Protection (EOP) that should have been delivered to them.
I would also recommend adding "ghost.io" and "m.ghost.io" on your safe sender list. Ghost.org is the hosting company for the Genius Loci Digest.
