Each image in this collection comes from my work as an independent photographer and artist. Thank you for supporting that work and making a place for it in your everyday life.
What you’re purchasing
Your purchase includes the high-resolution digital file described on the product page and a personal-use licence. No physical print or frame is included. Printing and framing are arranged separately.
How you may use your image
You may make up to three physical prints in total for your own personal use, using your own printer or a professional printing service. You may also display the image privately on your personal computer, phone, tablet or television.
You may keep the downloaded file, personal backups and permitted prints indefinitely.
Using a professional printer
You may provide the file to a printing service solely to produce your permitted prints. This does not give the printer permission to sell, share or reuse the image for other purposes.
Protecting the work
Copyright remains with Andy Marshall. Your licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. Please do not share, resell or publicly distribute the file or sell the resulting prints. Publication, commercial use and other uses outside this licence require separate written permission, except where permitted by law.
Downloading and keeping your file
Your download is available for seven days after payment, subject to any purchase review. Save the original file and a backup during that period. The download window does not limit your ongoing personal-use rights. If you need help afterward, contact hello@andymarshall.co with your order reference.
Your rights
These licence terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
